Behind every successful business is a great systems and finance person, and luckily for us, we’ve got the best in Donna! With more than 20 years’ experience crunching numbers, tallying up the columns on spreadsheets and improving business systems and processes, Donna’s eye for detail and her problem-solving expertise means our operations run as smoothly as the slides in our playgrounds.

Donna lists Michelle Obama, Reese Witherspoon and Emma Watson as her inspiration, but if you ask us, we think Donna is inspirational in her own right. We’re just glad Donna’s chosen to spend her time with us! If she wasn't in the office, she's told us we'd find her out hiking any of the amazing trails in New Zealand's great outdoors.
