Ako mo te ora // Learning for life is the educational philosophy of Puahue School near Te Awamutu, its status as a rural Enviroschool since 2003 reflecting that core value.

Hence Puahue School’s brief for their new playground was based on the concept of sustainability – a way of being and acting that nurtures people and nature, now and in the future. The play area needed to be packed with play value – balance, climbing, strengthening, slides and overhead activities – while being robust and having little ongoing maintenance.

Playground Creations listened carefully and responded, with equipment to meet all these requests. Spider web, pommel crossing, slide, ladders and ropes are among the wide range of products providing for activity and social interaction all in one. Natural timbers combine with Puahue School colours to foster a sense of playfulness and fun.
