To an award-winning Enviroschool, sustainability was always going to be a vital component when planning a new senior playground. Playground Creations upheld that priority.

Our team visited Meadowbank School’s Waiatarua Rd site in Auckland, responded to the brief, and presented a playground concept that met – and surpassed - all the criteria.

A completely transformed play area now contains New Zealand timber supports and structures for challenging climbing, balancing and strength-building activities; fabricated New Zealand made galvanised steel work has been powder coated in Meadowbank School colours; and long-lasting synthetic galvanized steel ropes connect in a carefully designed layout that enables maximum student usage on versatile equipment.

The Playground Creations team installed the playground within budget and on time – and appreciated working in a green space where environmental protection really matters.
